When Captain Cloud, and the crew where mutinied and sent to Davey Jones locker, they needed to get back to the land of the living. They wondered threw the realms of the templar under world, until they found themselves in Valhalla. They came across Blood Beard, who agreed to show them the way back top side. But once they were back, Blood Beard discovered he was trapped here. So he decided to join the crew...as long as they kept him supplied with rum and battle.
